Lots of food for breakfast, it was outstanding. Location: the hotel was short walk to the center of the area's attractions, the mountain behind the homestay and the restaurant. It was not too far from Sparky's Grill, serving fast food.

I recently stayed at Ha Lan Homestay for a week during my trip to Ninh Binh. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and provided helpful recommendations for sightseeing, dining, and renting motorbikes. The spacious and modern rooms with heating option were perfect for the chilly weather. The hotel also arranged a bus for our return to Hanoi. The breakfasts were big and delicious, and the location was ideal, being close to attractions but away from the tourist crowd. The overall experience was among my top favorites in Vietnam.

She even took us to a local wedding and organized a day trip to explore the area. Yen's pleasant and enthusiastic attitude truly made our stay exceptional. the food offered at the on-site restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced, and the included breakfast was satisfying. Ha Lan Homestay exceeded our expectations and made our time in this beautiful region absolutely enjoyable.

She greeted us warmly, even though we arrived at 4 am, and provided us with a clean and comfortable room. Yen was incredibly helpful, giving us a map and recommending the best places to visit, ensuring we didn't get ripped off. the location was excellent, and we easily rented bikes from the hotel to explore the area. the rooms were spacious and new, with the added advantage of heating for the cold weather. the breakfasts were big and delicious. We couldn't have asked for a better host and overall experience in Ninh Binh. Cons: Could not be improved in any way. 🌟.
